Job description
Responsibilities:
- Collect and maintain accurate data using various software systems such as Oracle, iCIMS, SAP, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, and UltiPro.
- Perform data entry tasks to ensure the integrity and accuracy of employee information.
- Assist with the administration of HR systems and processes.
- Support the Resource team in managing employee records and documentation.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
Experience:
- Previous experience working with HR systems such as Oracle, iCIMS, SAP, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, or UltiPro is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Note: This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 37.5 per week
Salary: £19,444.67-£30,000.00 per year
