Venue Manager – Cameo, Ashford
REKOM UK are looking for a passionate Venue Manager to lead the team at Cameo in Ashford. The right candidate will lead by example, be highly motivated, skilled in bars/clubs and be passionate about the sector to join and lead the team in this well-established venue in Ashford.
Built within a former warehouse, Cameo in Ashford offers clubbers a night out with a different feel! Three floors of different music, from dance/house to pop/old school to RnB/hip hop help to provide a memorable night out. Customers can experience VIP booths with table service and sip on premium label spirits or the most indulgent champagne! A spacious sun terrace at this conveniently located venue is perfect on those warm nights. Cameo is a well-run, professional venue and customers return week after week to experience this offering. To help us enhance what our customers expect we are on the hunt for a fun-loving, sociable character to join our team!
The right candidate will be self-motivated, a good communicator, well presented, professional, with excellent operational standards and attention to detail, and should lead by example.

We are looking for a forward-thinking Venue Manager who delivers standards of excellence during their day-to-day operation of business, utilising various revenue streams and creative influences. This person will want to understand the company culture, vision and values whilst exhibiting a reputation of delivering high performance within REKOM UK.

- Offer an annual salary of up to £40k per annum, depending on experience;

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- You must hold a personal licence;
- Experienced in forecasting a healthy balance sheet and strategy to exceed financial budgets;
- Sound understanding of both digital and offline marketing;
- Resilient and persistent character able to integrate into the local community;
- A natural leader with a passion to teach and develop those around you;
- An excellent understanding of current trends and creative initiative to exploit them to drive admissions; and
- Ensure company policies are always adhered to.
All applicants must be well presented, professional, a good communicator with excellent overall operational standards and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
This is a full time and permanent role that will see you working shift patterns that include evenings and weekends, so you must be flexible in terms of the hours required of you.
