  • You will oversee the social content calendar that requires detailed understanding of the Disney+ content landscape, fractured date approach and ensuring we’re acting in an agile way where required

  • You will work with the team to ensure suitable planning and access to both assets and content

  • You will need to familiarise yourself with multiple content repositories and platforms

  • Support broader team on projects and events, often called upon to be involved to ensure smooth running of junkets, and securing content for our platforms

  • Part of a wider social media ecosystem with cross-team collaboration, supporting internal processes and informing playbooks, governance and best practice

  • Disciplined approach to managing complex internal process to solve problems and coordinate with stakeholders across markets and globally on any reporting requirements following any local market incidents

  • Use judgement and knowledge to shape solutions to contribute to optimal ways of working in step with the broader business expectations

The experience we require from you

  • Familiarity with content planning, scheduling, and planning tools for the smooth running of a number of social channels

  • Ideally you will have experience working with multiple asset systems and content management platforms between markets and global teams

  • You are known to be proactive and highly organised with the ability to plan and manage multiple platform outputs

  • You have a general understanding of the UK social media landscape, from understanding what can cut through where to know what will drive engagement rates

  • You are passionate about great TV – across genres, and are able to channel this into your work being consistently curious and looking for ways to innovate

  • You love the media and entertainment industry, and bring demonstrable experience in a social media team and agency ideally from a TV or streaming service background
