Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the newly implemented Therapies Education and Workforce Team, focusing on developing and delivering a strong culture of learning amongst staff in order to provide high standards of evidence-based care.

We are looking for a supportive, passionate, and knowledgeable OT clinician to join the Workforce and Practice Education team in Therapies. This is a fixed-term post for 18 months, in particular to support the clinical supervision and development of newly qualified and internationally educated OT's.

The Practice Educator will work in clinical practice, supporting and coordinating the learning experience of a range of students, newly appointed staff, support workers, and registered staff in delivering high quality, patient-focused care. They will work collaboratively with the Workforce and Practice Education Lead for Therapies ensuring the provision of high-quality patient care and supporting the workforce needs to address inconsistent standards and barriers in practice and contribute to problem solving in clinical practice.
