Gentle reminder: Even if you don’t tick every single box on the list, we believe that diverse perspectives are essential for building stronger teams. If you think you’d be a good fit for ours and this role, but you’re maybe missing a few of those ‘essential’ requirements, don’t write yourself off too soon. A keenness to learn is just as important to us as having an established skillset.
Important.
Please make your application more about you as a person than your ‘on paper’ experience.
We ask that you submit a cover letter with your application that tells us more about you, why you think you’re a good fit for the role and why we should invite you for interview.
We read cover letters first and if you don’t impress us there, we won’t look at your CV (soz).
