What can you bring to Banham?
The main focus of this role is forming part of the overarching brand and commercial strategy for supporting the growth and retention of our existing clients and driving our new business pipeline. This will be achieved by delivering a calendar of best-in-class content and social media across the Banham Group. So how are you able to support us with this and what can you bring to Banham:

Able to demonstrate a minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in developing best-in-class ideas and social media strategy.
- You will be able to write and deliver a social media and content strategy.
- Experience working for a luxury lifestyle or interiors brand would be a distinct advantage, either in-house or agency-side, but not essential.
- Excellence in copywriting, with the ability to draft clear, concise and compelling marketing copy for all marketing materials (printed materials, presentations, website, emails, etc.)
- You will be an active social media user and enthusiast
- Your background in digital/ integrated marketing will be beneficial.
- Have an excellent command of the English language to native level in written and verbal communications.
- Bringing with you a creative eye; with an ability to curate visually appealing social media feeds
- Clearly demonstrate "out of the box" thinking and good at producing new ideas
- Proven experience with all relevant social media platforms and apps
- An excellent grasp of current social media best practice
- Detailed understanding of current thinking and trends on UGC/community content and, preferably, experience in building a community
- Good understanding of SEO principles for writing online copy preferred
- Must be detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and able to multi-task with solid organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent work and customer care ethic
- You may be educated to degree level within a Marketing, Communications, or Journalism background preferred - not essential.

- Happy to work with a hybrid model of three days in the office and two days working from home.
