Star OUTiCO is partnering with a client who is one of the fastest growing wound care companies, with a focus on manufacturing and distributing clinically proven products that help maintain skin integrity and improve patient’s lives. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Regional Business Manager to join this fast-growing team.

The Regional Business Manager will lead the Midlands region and directly manage the Clinical Nurse Advisors, Account Managers and Business Development Managers. The RBM will plan, manage, and oversee regional sales/clinical activities for the skin care and wound care product range with the overall aim of achieving set commercial KPIs. Key Responsibilities:

  • A Leadership role that manages the day-to-day activities of the Business Development Managers, Account Managers and Clinical Nurse Advisors.
  • Maintain and develop the UK Sales and Clinical team by coaching, training, and supporting with personal development and HR activities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the annual sales plan and expense budget.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance in line with the agreed KPIs for the UK.
  • Lead the regional team in maximising the market access opportunities across the brand portfolio and achieving high levels of market share.

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • Wound Care/Tissue Viability experience preferable
  • Experience managing and training a team of medical device salespeople
  • Experience preparing business plans, account reports and expense budgets
  • Proven selling skills with a record of success
  • Presentation skills, planning and organisational skills, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Full driving licence
