Who are we looking for?

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Content Creation! Creating posts, pictures, reels, stories, polls, and so forth across multiple social media platforms, ranging from Insta, FB, Tiktok and more with the objective of increasing engagement, followers & sales
- Scheduling content in-line with peak engagement times and engaging with our community at peak times and responding (often out of hours)
- Writing platform specific captions for social media, creating tracked links and utilising platform tools to boost sales and engagement
- Engaging with our community online including responding to comments, DMs, regenerating UGC and more
- Creating briefs for the creative/graphics team & communicating
- Planning and driving the social media content strategy, ensuring we are in line with key customer moments and reactive ‘live’ moments across the UK as well as business campaigns (online and in store)
- Analysing insights and regularly reporting plans and results - AND adjusting any plans based on results
- Develop innovative ideas, engaging content and campaigns to push the brand ahead of competition
- Work closely with management to support product and campaign launches as well as any promotional activity – helping to supply support plans/schedules for social activity
- Admin tasks as part of role, including regular reporting for relevant channels,, updating marketing calendars.
- Undertake research when required in order to give insights into new or existing markets, new social channels and competitor activity.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a Social Media role is essential
- Experience in creating food/drink content would be highly desirable or can atleast show experience of creating similar style content
- A passion for social media, following and creating trends
- Strong writing skills/ copy for captions, communicating with customers
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Strong relationship builder with wider teams
- Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
- Be open to change and challenge in order to drive the business forward
- Excellent attention to detail
- Enjoys variety and demonstrates creative flair
- Proactive team player
- Self-motivated, uses initiative and problem solver

Role and Application:
Full time- flexible hours available- depends on the right person! :-)
Must be able to travel between our store locations (Bradford, Huddersfield, Leeds)
Primary location will be our Bradford store
