Prodigy are looking for a talented Social Media/Communications/Events Exec to join our growing team in Battersea, London.
We make delicious chocolate that enables all of us to make healthier choices for ourselves and our planet every single day. Chocolate that contains no refined sugar, is low in natural sugar, plant based, gluten and dairy free, compostable, biodegradable, palm oil and plastic free too.
We love chocolate. We’ve always loved chocolate, but somewhere along the road it lost its way. So, we decided to bring real chocolate back, only better.
The Role
Day-to-day management of social campaigns and ensuring brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology.
Create actionable plans with proven strategies to grow and maintain engaged communities, through social media channels Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn / Tik Tok. Including creating out of the box plans to help grow start ups.
Be the main Customer Service Representative on all social media platforms including monitoring the enquiries inbox and dealing with any customer queries/complaints
Take point in running trade shows and sampling opportunities.
Work with the marketing department on creating and implementing monthly social media strategies & content planning.
Supervise all social media interaction between customers, followers, and Prodigy, and ensure a positive customer service experience.
Influencer Outreach and harvesting UGC.
Assist with Maintaining content on our website.
The Candidate
You'll need to have:
- 2 years + experience in a similar role
- A full understanding of all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok.
- Knowledge and understanding of algorithms and search engine optimisation
- Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas with proven methods and strategies.
- Strong verbal communication skills for articulating ideas to colleagues and clients
- Organisational skills, with the capacity to prioritise and work across multiple projects under pressure ensuring all deadlines are met
- Data analysis skills and statistical prowess to draw actionable insights
- Online community management and customer service skills to strike the balance between publicity and stimulating direct discussion with potential and actual customers
- Attention to detail and out of the box thinking.
- Excellent team work and networking skills.
- Knowledge of Shopify – preferred but not essential

Salary: £33,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
