Gement helps to attract new talent to construction whilst retaining existing talent. We help to raise awareness of careers in construction and showcase the opportunities available for all levels of experience and all areas of interest.
We are now looking to grow our team and are seeking a personable and charismatic individual interested in a marketing role who believes in our cause and wants to support it. As a small but growing start-up, our staff are at the core of Gement; you will play a crucial role here and your ideas and decisions will always be at the centre of our activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing strategies for social media, content creation, blog writing and more.
- Manage the collection of testimonials and engaging with our customers to create interviews.
- Research and write stimulating articles for our readers.
- Provide a monthly analysis of reports from each social platform.
- Manage and engage across our social media platforms.

- Ability to work remotely with a continually evolving work plan.
- Excellent communication skills and good written English.
