- Support the Senior Social Media Manager in creating, planning and delivering social media plans across all social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and Twitter
- Responsible for daily posting on all social media channels
- Responsible for reporting across all social media channels turning insights into action by utilising data learnings to drive relevancy and efficiency
- Identify new opportunities to test, learn and maximise performance
- Support with content creation shoots including research and planning
- Participate in content idea generation sessions
- Engage, moderate and grow the Boden community across all social media platforms
- Monitor platform developments, as well as keeping up to date with industry research, audiences and innovation
- Conduct regular competitor research to ensure Boden’s social media strategy remains ahead of the competitive set
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience within social media, either within fashion or retail
- A high degree of numeracy and literacy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to monitor social accounts outside of regular business hours (evenings/weekends)
- Social native, up to date with current trends
- A creative and innovative approach to social media content creation
