Parweld is seeking a motivated and driven Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our expanding team. You will assist the Marketing Team with developing and implementing our social media & marketing strategy, creating engaging content and managing our online community. This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience in a fun work environment.
This role will suit someone who enjoys using social media and understands the potential impact it has on the user. if you have a passion for social media coupled with experience in influencer marketing, this could be the role for you.
The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Creative Team including Marketing and Sales Teams. They must enjoy working independently.
Essential Criteria:
- A keen interest in social growth and engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practice.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create and edit video content
- Ability to undertake multiple projects simultaneously, quickly identifying issues and recommending solutions.
- Knowledge of design software such as Photoshop,
- Ability to plan and prioritise tasks and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Good analytical skills with ability to analyse and report on social media metrics.
- Innovative and creative thinking prepared to express opinions and provide insight during Team Meetings.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Photography editing and retouching experience
- Knowledge of Video software such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premier Pro
Personal Attributes:
The applicant must be able to display that they are:
- Competent in interpreting a brief and presenting ideas/options.
- Up to date with latest trends in design and technology.

Salary: £17,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
