About the role
We have an excellent opportunity for a Social Media marketing assistant to join our Kiltane team. This will be a busy role with lots of variety so a great opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in a marketing-based role. You will provide support to the E-commerce and Marketing manager.
The role of a Social Media marketing assistant will require an individual with a passion for social media marketing and a knack for creating impactful KOC (Key Opinion Consumer)/Influencer campaigns. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape our brand's online presence and drive engagement through influential partnerships and captivating seasonal promotional campaigns.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns that align with our brand objectives and target audience.
- Identify and build relationships with Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs) and influencers in the fashion and lifestyle space.
- Oversee our influencer outreach programme by researching and building relationships with bloggers/influencers/communities who share a similar audience for awareness generating opportunities.
- Plan, create and schedule compelling creative content (copy/images/video/graphics) across various social profiles that engages our audience and enables the brand to maintain a consistent presence.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, leveraging data insights to optimise and improve future campaigns.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging influencer marketing strategies.
- Stay up to date with social media policies, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring compliance in all activities and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and creative, to align social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives.
- Plan and execute seasonal promotional campaigns, leveraging social media platforms to maximise impact and generate buzz.
- Assist with digital advertising campaign builds across multiple markets using Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads Editor. Ensure thorough quality checks are built into your workflow to minimise error.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across social media channels.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to stay ahead in the market.
Skills and abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a creative edge.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, particularly as they relate to Facebook.
- Strong planning and organising skills, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task whilst meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and their application to social media strategies.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
- Ability to take ownership of your responsibilities and to deliver at pace.

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
