Our Brand and Content team is looking to recruit a new Social Media and Content Marketing Manager to help tell our story and drive this change. We are looking for someone to be the social media subject matter expert. They will source interesting content and run our channels. They will coach and guide individuals across the business on social media best practice - helping to raise the profile of our employees, our products and help generate sales opportunities.
We like to challenge our audience, so we are looking for someone who will be able to help shape and deliver thought leadership content – championing the social media opportunities.
You should apply if:
  • You have experience using social media to drive awareness and engagement for a brand and its products
  • You know how to coach and influence employees to adapt their social media
  • use, maximising both their personal impact and that of the brand
  • You have the ability to spot interesting stories or opportunities and quickly turn them into engaging content for our audience
  • You have a good eye for detail, but are willing to act fast, fail fast, fix fast.
  • You are able to think strategically whilst delivering tactically
  • You have excellent communication skills, as well as time management

  • If you are not a highly organised individual who can work autonomously – the role requires jugging a lot of different business requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • You aren’t comfortable working in fast-paced environment
