Job description
We’re looking for a Building Services Manager to join our Regional Build team based in Edinburgh. Within this role, you can enjoy you can enjoy remote working, flexible hours and the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects of all sizes and complexities and even more.
Location: Edinburgh, Scotland
Contract: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
As a Building Services Manager, you’ll be working within the Edinburgh team, supporting them in building projects that support and develop the local communities.
Your day to day will include:
Assisting with the selection of sub-contractors to tender from the supply chain
Responsible for Assisting with the management of the commissioning process and compliance of as built and maintenance manuals
Once a month, you will collate the team’s Project reports and provide a summary report to the Technical Director relating to the projects that your team has supervised.
Who are we looking for?
Qualified to an NVQ/HND/HNC/CIBSE
Knowledge and experience within the construction industry
Computer literate and good at communicating with both internal and external stakeholders
