HA Designs have a Social Media & Content Creator role available in their head office in Nazeing, Essex.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define and implement the social media strategy across all platforms to drive organic follower growth, reach and engagement, ensuring the brand tone of voice and aesthetic is consistent across all channels including Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest and LinkedIn for HA Designs and our sister site The Added Extra’s
• Lead the development and management of content calendars for social media and email marketing ensuring key marketing dates are covered.

• Taking full ownership of the entire process of ideation, creation, and editing of social media content across various platforms. This includes stills, videos, GIFs, Instagram stories and reels, as well as TikTok content.
• To create content that is on-brand and drive’s key KPI’s
• Measure the performance and impact of social media activity, creating weekly and monthly reports and communicating performance to the wider teams
• Explore new ways to engage followers and new social networks to reach target customers
• Maintain knowledge of new and emerging technologies and approaches to social media and adapt/implement as necessary
• Be reactive to social media trends, celebrity news and relevant newsworthy topics and be able to apply these to our social media strategy
• Manage the social media budget
• Liaise with the buying teams to keep up to date with shipments delays ensuring content calendar is updated accordingly
• Work with the merchandising team to ensure marketing is in line with stock levels.

Ideal Candidate, Qualification, Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone committed, passionate and enjoys working as a team and organised at all times.

• Strong understanding of all social media channels
• Social media experience within the ecom brand space
• Highly creative with strong organisational, analytical and problem solving skills

Details

Hours: Mon – Fri / 8.15am-4.15pm

Pay: £25,000

Holiday allowance: 20 days

Full time / Permanent

Drives and located close to our office in Nazeing
