What you will be doing
By joining Step Ahead, you will be providing employment support to the registered candidates, finding ways of attracting new candidates and placing them into employment that is right for them.
You will be ensuring candidates are eligible for the employability programme you are assigned to, making sure the compliance information and evidence is acquired and correct.
You will be given full training on providing them employment support which includes but is not limited to CV and cover letter writing, interview preparation, advice regarding childcare and supporting them in job search and their job application.
