We are delighted to be recruiting exclusively for a global leader in online courses within the realms of health, wellness and holistic practices. With a strong UK based remote team, the company is already at multi-million pound turnover and set for further exciting growth, with the wonderful CEO leading from the forefront.
Due to exceptional growth in both the delivery of course for both the consumer / B2C and growing business market (many businesses now are looking to buy holistic courses for the employees) we are looking for a strategic as well as hands on Social Media Manager / Strategist, with an exceptional eye for detail and branding, to lead the social strategy on a global scale.
The Role
Reporting to Director and CEO level, the Social Media Brand Manager will have the opportunity to engage with a brilliant online community who have a passion in holistic areas and get creative! This role requires a real creative/ideas person who is capable of influencing audiences by delivering creative messaging across a variety of social channels.
We are also looking for experience or a passion within the holistic health and wellness field. Our passion is our students, and our goal is to provide a life-affirming experience that delights them!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop social media strategies and set goals to increase brand awareness, engagement, leads and sales;
- Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, WhatsApp, WeChat, Chatbots etc;
- Take a data led approach to decisions, providing in-depth understanding of day to day performance across all social platforms;
- Using knowledge and insights of the customer journey on social work with other members of the team to provide insightful data and actionable campaign suggestions to support other channels (paid, CRO, email, content);
- Develop and manage competitions, promotions, lead generation and engagement campaigns;
- Develop strong relationships with customers and customer support teams to resolve any issues promptly;
- Write engaging posts and articles;
- Create engaging multimedia content and/or outsource this effectively;
- Form key relationships with influencers across a variety of sectors;
- Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions;
- Monitor and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social and Google Analytics;
- Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within the company;
- Keeping abreast of new and emerging social media advances;
- Measure performance of all social media channels setting target KPIs.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years' experience of working on high profile campaigns and be responsible for posting engaging and informative content to the company's social media accounts and email, interacting with the public. This position is an ideal opportunity for candidates to engage with the public and develop a strong online marketing presence.

- Excellent written English and social copywriting experience;

Location: Remote
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (negotiable on experience) per annum
