Job description

Our client is a reputable and growing organisation with offices located in the
Bicester area. They have a new long term contract requirement for a Senior
Customer Support Coordinator or to join their business.

Reporting into the Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Director of Sales in supervising the day-to-day processes
of the customer support team, including accurate recording of holidays,
and time keeping.
  • Identifying team training needs for Priority, HubSpot and internal
processes, reporting on a quarterly basis.
  • Attending Sales and Marketing meetings as required, and communicate
key information to the customer support team in a professional manner.
  • Working closely with ERP Manager to assist with the implementation and
continual development of the ERP system, supporting good data control
and ensuring all team members are fully updated of any system changes.
  • Providing excellent customer service and support in relation to enquiries,
and resolve customer queries quickly and effectively, while always
maintaining a professional manner.
  • Administration tasks such as welcoming visitors on site, being first point of
contact for answering telephone calls, dealing with customer queries,
non-delivery issues, customer collections, customer orders and confirming
product availability.
  • Demonstrating high-level data accuracy when preparing quotations,
processing orders and dealing with invoices.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate sales and customer records within
Priority and HubSpot.
  • Providing after-sales support, communicating important feedback from
customers to the appropriate business development manager.
  • Working with business development managers to provide customer
support to grow sales and assist with continued business growth
ambitions.
  • Generating weekly and monthly KPI reports.
  • Reviewing monthly sales reports and communicating to the business

development managers and customer support team.

Candidates that apply should ideally have some previous Customer Service and/or
Administration experience, ideally from a manufacturing background and to a
supervisory level. You should be an excellent communicator, with good attention to

detail, comfortable working in a fast paced environment and possess good ERP
systems skills.

On offer is a salary of 24-28k depending on experience, good benefits, bonus and
the possibility of going permanent.
