Position: Butcher/Slaughterman/woman

Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled butchery tasks such as cutting, trimming, deboning, and preparing meat products according to specifications
- Operate and maintain butchery equipment and tools
- Ensure adherence to strict hygiene and safety standards in the workplace
- Contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the meat processing facility
- Work collaboratively with a team of professionals to meet production targets and maintain product quality
- Follow all animal welfare protocols and handle animals with care and compassion (for slaughtermen)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a butcher or slaughterman
- In-depth knowledge of meat cuts, portioning, and preparation techniques
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Excellent knife skills and manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to animal welfare and ethical practices (for slaughtermen)
