Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruiting for a Factory Accountant to join our site finance function from our site in Methwold, Norfolk.
The Role
Our Methwold site is currently undergoing rapid growth and as such, we require a Factory Accountant to deliver accounting and financial reporting services, supporting our Finance Business Partner on-site.
The site operates at significant pace, with this role playing a key part in ensuring the provision of accurate and timely information for business decision-making as we continue to drive our growth agenda. In support, you will work closely with financial assistants who will support the production of management accounts and other related duties.
This position will be 'hybrid' based, with an on-site requirement 1-2 days per week in Methwold and the rest being remote.
The successful applicant will have:
- Ideally qualified, or working towards a well recognised accounting qualification (ACA/ CIMA/ACCA)
- Background of working in a manufacturing environment and using standard costing
- Ability to produce monthly management accounts with an understanding of operational financial processes
- Confidence to report in systems such as SAP with a high level of proficiency in Excel
