Job description

Are you an experienced retail manager with a passion for sustainability?

Lancaster University is seeking an enthusiastic and creative manager to lead and operate our new Sustainable Retailing Hub in a large unit at the heart of campus. You will help us shape the retail offer and in addition to developing our own range of sustainable products, you will collaborate with local charities, greenlancaster and volunteers to maximise the reuse and up cycling of secondhand goods.

In addition the role holder will seek to help us to improve the overall sustainability of our retail operations and in particular help us to develop and expand our range of merchandise and memorabilia.

We want to be sustainable, affordable and build up our communities.
