Monday to Friday 05.15am – 14.30pm (£11.90/hr) or,
Monday to Friday 15.00pm – 00.00am (£12.35/hr)
We will train you to gain all the skills you need, just bring along a great work ethic and become part of our team.
Key accountabilities include the following: –
The operator will be responsible for their own machine or work area and ensuring productivity and throughputs.
You will become a specialist in slicing and slicing machines
Loading specialist machinery with our product to ensure priorities are met to production schedules and other targets such as costs, productivity
The operator will need to use a variety of skills, understanding quality, product and safety requirements and be able to handle non routine situations which may arise.
Check products and materials against the required quality standards and temperature to ensure they meet specifications.
The operator may also need to undertake the tasks of operative and clean equipment or work areas. Will need to report problems and keep work area tidy and free from hazards.
Clean and tidy work areas so that hygiene and health and safety standards are maintained and undertake straightforward hygiene tasks.
Reports faults so they can be put right quickly to keep downtime to a minimum
