This position will require successful candidates to be responsible for controlling officer deployment, monitoring the CCTV cameras, controlling the access control of the building, and being the lead for any emergency and/or incident.

Responsibilities:
- Liaison with Security Officers and Mobile Patrol Teams
- Effective escalation and control of all incidents across the project
- Preparation and completion of Incident Reports
- Monitoring of CCTV systems and images
- Planning and organising daily/shift routines and activities
- Acting as a point of contact between Control Room officers and management, on employment, welfare and disciplinary issues
- Ensures Control Room is maintained in a state of continual operational readiness
- Provide telephone support service during and out-with normal working hours
Additional Information:
This Control Room Operator role involves 12-hour shifts, on a 4-on-4-off shift pattern of day and night shifts
Essential Skills:
- Must have a valid SIA CCTV Operators Licence
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Fully comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS7858
- Be punctual and reliable
- High levels of written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience in radio communication and relevant procedures is advantageous but not necessary
- Experience in CCTV and Alarm Monitoring across numerous sites is advantageous but not necessary
