FM Conway is currently seeking Skilled Operatives to work within our Structures division in Central London. We are currently working on various structures and public realm works and as our Skilled Operative you will undertake a range of construction activities within our high-profile Structures projects. This is a permanent, full time position working a mixture of days and nights.

What we’re looking for in our Skilled Operatives

Construction Operative with preferably a NRSWA ticket/accreditation but not essential

To be considered for the Skilled Operative role, you will have experience in at least one skilled trade and you will have a full understanding of the scope of work that is required on the schemes. You will have previous experience within construction and highways alongside excellent communication skills and be a strong team player.
