We are currently looking for a Part-time Home Support Assistant to join our team in Ashington to help us make a real difference to our service user's lives.

The Role:

As a Home Support Assistant, you will provide crucial care and support in our service users homes to assist in all aspects of their daily life, such as personal care, medication support, meal preparation, companionship, accompanying the customer shopping or on outings and domestic support.

Part-time

Days/Hours of Work:

First Week: Monday & Sunday

Following Week: Monday Only

Call times are between 7am-9pm

If you’d like to join us, you’ll need to have:

  • To be considered for this role you must have a full UK driving licence and your own car.
  • Have the right to work or currently live in the UK.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures
  • A caring and supportive nature
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to work well in a team
  • No experience is necessary as full training is provided.
  • Understand the importance of maintaining professional boundaries
  • Able to work under pressure and deal with challenging behaviours

Due to the nature of the role, Complete Community Home Care can only consider applicants aged 18 years and above, this is an occupational requirement and therefore is exempt from schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010.
