Purpose
We are recruiting for a new Site Security Manager to support one of our key Global Clients in providing best-in-class security services. Taking over and leading a team of supervisors and security officers, the role will involve engaging with the Client at a senior level and managing security projects ensuring appropriate standards of performance, conduct and behavior, motivating and encouraging them, as well as setting strong moral and ethical standards.

As a tactical leader, the Site Security Manager role will be accountable for driving and implementing projects through to their satisfactory completion, on time, on budget and against pre-defined objectives.
Working with and across multiple internal and client stakeholders in the UK and at times globally the Site Security Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of client excellence - implementing solutions enabling efficiency programmes, growing and strategically developing a strong partnership and network at all levels.

Minimum Required
- People focused and diversity driven approach
- Security/Risk Management Qualifications (or working towards)
- 5 years Security Supervisors Experience in corporate/manufacturing environment at Team lead position
- SIA License (not mandatory)
- Customer service management
- Senior experience in a corporate security role
- Flexible and innovative approach with excellent communication skills
- 5 year check-able employment history
- IOSH qualification preferred
Desirable
- High level qualificationsin risk management & avoidance

Salary: £55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
