Senior Democratic Senator seeks a speechwriter. Responsibilities include writing formal remarks and statements for floor speeches, public events, submissions to the Congressional Record, and other writing assignments as needed. Qualified candidates will have excellent writing abilities, strong time management skills and work well in a fast-paced, team environment. This is not an entry-level position; 3-5 years’ speechwriting experience is preferred.
