We are seeking an individual who is keen to join an ambitious Multi-Academy Trust which currently comprises of Tomlinscote School, The Sixth Form College Farnborough and Frimley Church of England School with a view to expand. They will be reporting directly to the Head of Estates & Facilities as their line manager and will be encouraged to work with the other site managers and caretakers in order to provide a streamlined service across the academy and this will mean occasional travel to the other sites to assist in their service delivery.
The Trust has over the past few years developed and expanded several of the core service areas, including enhancing an already established Estates team. The team provides the academies with excellent service and it is an exciting time to join our team. The Site Manager will be located at Tomlinscote School and will work closely with the Principal and key members of staff within the school in order to deliver a high quality service.
It is essential that the candidate can work as an individual and as part of a team, bringing their experience, knowledge and initiative to the position. There is never a dull moment in the estates team so this role will suit somebody who thrives in a busy working environment. The successful candidate would preferably have an excellent understanding of how a large secondary school operates within a trust. We will be looking for an individual with an ability to manage a busy and varied workload whilst maintaining a good eye for detail.
