  • Manage the resolution of both internal and customer comments through to document approval.
  • Take ownership of producing and updating document templates including brand alignment.
  • Champion consistency and quality of documentation across the company, supporting and guiding individuals as needed.
  • Support our sales and marketing teams as well as other departments in similar tasks, as well as producing copy and collateral for internal and external communications.
  • Additional relevant administrative support to projects and departments as necessary.

  • A high level of competence in written English.
  • A high level of competence in MS Office.
  • Demonstrate the capacity to work effectively and build relationships within a team environment.
  • A diligent attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to self-manage with high level organisational skills (prioritising tasks, respecting deadlines, methodical work).
  • Be familiar with electronic document management systems such as SharePoint.

Working schedule and location is negotiable for this role.

We will consider both full and part time candidates.

Hybrid and work from home opportunities are available.

Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this role.)

Firstco is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
