SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST – 2 ROLES

We have a great opportunity for 2 Systems Management specialists. These roles can be based in Inverness or remotely (outwith) U.K.). Locations in European countries could be considered for the right candidates. You must however, have the right to work in the U.E.
What YOU will do here at LifeScan:
As part of the global LifeScan Commercial Operations team, you will ensure that all your goods arrive at the right place and the right time globally. In order to ensure this complex job runs smoothly, you will work closely with the team, with our Third-Party Logistics provider (distribution center/3PL/4PL) and many internal stakeholders to improve and automate the standard process.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage a range of projects for order to cash varying between country implementation stabilization projects, global enhancements, and country specific enhancements.
- Ensure architected solution meets business requirements, is consistent with the global process model and aligned with the global supply chain strategy.
- Assist the Systems Management Supervisor: disseminate knowledge of the Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system and EDI interfaces.
- Deep involvement in new enhancement projects and focus on continuous improvements in close cooperation with the Customer Service/Cash Collection/Data Management/Analytics/Repack & Inventory/Sales/IT teams.
- Coordination of the assessment, development, testing, implementation, and hyper care phase for system changes to ensure that the solution adheres to the global template.
- Daily, weekly, and monthly support meetings with stakeholders and participation on multiple projects that have an impact to supply chain.
About YOU:
To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in relevant field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in systems management related roles.
You should also have:
- A self-starter attitude with proactive approach with demonstrated ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
- Supply Chain knowledge.
- Knowledge of Oracle JDE system and EDI systems.
- Outstanding follow-up skills with an ability to prioritize.
- Project management skills or eagerness to acquire them.
- Ability to maintains effective working relationships and partnerships across the organization.
- Strong communications and collaboration skills, team player.
- Fluent in English, an additional language is appreciated.
