ABOUT THE POST
An opportunity has arisen within the Front of House team for a
proactive, self-motivated and highly organised individual to join our
team.
London Metropolitan University Estates department is looking to recruit
a Front of House Assistant to provide excellent customer service to our
fantastic students, staff and visitors at reception points in all LMU's
principal buildings.
The reception areas within London Metropolitan University's principal
buildings are the first point of contact for everyone and we need to
ensure that they are greeted with a warm, positive welcome along with
the offer of assistance at all times.
The post holder will need to have the ability to think independently,
problem solve and possesses excellent communication skills and a desire
to deliver excellent customer care and service. In addition, the post
holder will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and
administration skills, along with adaptability, openness to change and
personal motivation in all aspects of their work.
Interviews due to be held in week commencing 05 June 2023.
