Hours: 4 on 4 off shift pattern; 6am-6pm rotating days and nights

The Recipe
This is an exciting time to join us in our Newburn Bakery, with an ever-increasing demand for Gluten-Free products, we are growing!
Working alongside our Operations Shift Manager, you will be an integral member of the manufacturing management team, encouraging and implementing innovative ideas and perspectives whilst driving change and transformation at pace.
Essential Ingredients
- Knowledge and experience of operating in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety, including internal and external audits and processes
- Experience of COSHH (The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) with the ability to drive safe working practices Experience of managing teams and leading by example
