Are you looking for a customer service role with an immediate start?
Salary £21,700 per annum pro rata (FTE 40 hours). Also eligible for a Monthly Performance Bonus.
Part-time: 20 hours per week (0.5 FTE)
The shift is 5pm-9pm Monday to Thursday, plus 9am-1pm on Saturday morning. The part time role is home-based after your initial training period, Although, you may be required to work in the Peterborough Office when required so flexibility and ability to be able to commute easily is essential.
The Role
This role involves call handling as part of our out of hours team, administrative duties, and data analysis, so first-rate customer service is key to success in the role.
Our Customer Service roles are designed to assess the suitability of potential tenants looking to rent their new home by contacting previous landlords/letting agents, employers etc. You will be assigned your own letting agents to support and after training, you’ll be able to make decisions to move people into their new homes!
The Person
To be considered for this role, you will need to have previous experience within an administration or telephone-based customer service team. Competence in everyday IT packages eg Microsoft Office is required. If this sounds like you we’d love to hear from you…

Although mainly Home-working , you need to be in easy commute of Peterborough as this is the main work location. You will be based in the office for training during your first few weeks in the role.
