SITE FINISHING MANAGER
Topsham Road, EXETER
Salary Cira £50K & Discretionary Bonus
Simply UK is a proactive development organization which designs and constructs 5 star luxury residential and nursing care homes throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland.
Our new care home, based at Topsham Road, Exeter, is progressing well and we now have an opportunity for you to join the team as Site Finishing Manager, for the project.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Finishing Manager. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role or in a managerial position relating to housing developments or similar. You will have experience of managing a site and in bringing all aspects of work to successful conclusion, safely, on time and in budget. The successful candidate will be experienced in managing contractors, third parties, negotiations and management of contractual documentation.
In addition to the above, the successful candidate will have a positive personality, who is a clear and effective communicator, who can plan ahead, anticipate the next steps and take control of discussions and work planning. Excellent communication skills will involve, oral, written and presentation abilities. The Site Finishing Manager will be approachable and will have the professional knowledge to hold the big picture in mind while managing the smaller integral parts of the project. The Site Finishing Manager will be the leader on site, who will maintain regular contact with the Construction Director and other stakeholders in the project.

At a minimum, applicants will hold qualifications in: First Aid at Work, SSTS/SMSTS and CSCS.
