Job description

We are seeking a Regional Planning Apprentice to join its team based in Frimley. As the UK's largest water safety specialist, we provide mandatory water, environmental, heating/cooling, and related water engineering safety, and compliance services.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, administrative support, and coordinating with other departments within the company. We are committed to investing in its team and creating a positive work culture.

As an Apprentice Business Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and gaining valuable experience in business administration while pursuing a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard. Key Responsibilities:

As an Apprentice Business Administrator, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the smooth operation of our business processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in scheduling and coordinating work with clients
  • Providing administrative support to various departments
  • Learning to organize and manage sub-contractors, including raising purchase orders
  • Understanding and contributing to planning Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and revenue tracking
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of job-related information
  • Assisting in the procurement of parts required for each job

Requirements:

We're looking for candidates who are motivated, eager to learn, and have a passion for business administration. The following qualities will be beneficial:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An interest in logistics and planning roles
  • An advantage if you have prior knowledge of water treatment
  • A commercial mindset, making well-informed decisions
