The Holiday Inn Nottingham is looking for a Night Duty Manager who is genuine, friendly and resourceful. A person who cares enough to go the extra mile to give our guests a great experience
We're located at Castle Marina Park, and independently owned by CRD Catering (City) Ltd. Our hotel has 128 Bedrooms, 5 small Conference Rooms and a full service Restaurant with Bar.
Previous hotel experience is desirable but full training will be given. Knowledge of Opera PMS systems would be an advantage.
This is a full time role which will involve working 40 hours per week.
Shift patterns include weekends and Bank Holidays and will be spread across 5 days per week. Working hours are from 11pm till 7am.
Role Criteria
Our Ideal Candidate will have at least one years’ experience of working in a customer service role and preferably previous experience working night shifts or similar.
You will have the ability to work in different areas of the hotel - from serving customers in the bar to delivering and producing room service orders as well as reception check in/out duties, whilst providing high level of customer service. Our Nights Team are responsible for checking detailed reports for errors whilst balancing and resolving issues from the days banking & follow direction to set meeting rooms and refreshing conference stock.
You must be smart and presentable with the ability to handle guest issues and resolve complaints.
