Are you an experienced UK, New Build Site Manager looking for a new role on a development of high quality homes in Truro, Cornwall.
We are looking for a Permanent site manager who will hold full accountability of the project from start to completion. You will be responsible for all H&S on site, Trades, Materials, and day to day operations of the site, reporting to the Directors.
Salary from £50k - £55k per annum, company van or £4k car allowance and various company benefits. Working 45 hours per week Monday to Friday 7.30am – 5pm
It is essential you hold your SMSTS as a minimum and must have proven experience of Site Management from start to completion on luxury new build projects.
You will need to be able to work independently and ensure the project runs smoothly and within client deadlines. This project is likely to last up to 2 years with further projects in the pipeline. You will be working for a Cornwall Based, independently owned successful and well-established company.
