BSNI have a fantastic opportunity for our manufacturing client based in Dungannon for production operatives to join their expanding team.

Hours of work + Rate of pay:

• Monday-Thursday 7am-5.30pm
• Friday 7am-2pm
• £10.42 + increase when fully trained contract offered.

The role duties:

• You will be required to work on the factory floor to assist team leads achieve daily production requirements.
• Positions available throughout the factory floor including Press, Paint and Router areas.
• Work as part of a team to meet production demands and satisfy customer requirements.
• Always ensure good housekeeping standards.
• Contribute towards achieving targets for the area: work order completion dates, productivity, HS & E, audit compliance etc.

The Person

Essential Requirements:

• Good communication skills and work ethic.
• Demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative whilst working as part of a team.
• Excellent attendance and timekeeping essential
• Ability to understand English, both written and oral
• Ability to follow work instructions

Desirable:

• Experience working in a factory environment is advantageous
