Job description
PROMAN is looking for a Site Manager with experience in fit-out / interiors.
Duties:
- Act as the interface between the workforce and the client
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors and teams to make sure project has everything needed.
- Obtain permits for all the works on daily bases
- Carry out and fill all the daily/weekly H&S required paperwork
- Issue a progress report on weekly bases
- Raise RFI's for any discoverables
- Keep daily records of works and occurrences
Requirements:
- Previous experience in fit-out/interiors
- +10 year experience as Site Manager / Site Supervisor
- Holding a CSCS card
- Holding a SMSTS or SSSTS
