Job description
Key Duties:
To provide exceptional PA facilities to the MD. These are to include but will not be limited to:
- Provide confidential and personal assistance to the MD
- Provide secretarial and administrative support
- Collect, Screen and deal with routine correspondence
- File and store documents
- Provide excellent diary management
- Act as front of house for wider management team and to liaise between MD and SNR managers
- Chase up on points raised in meetings to ensure appropriate next steps are being followed up on by stakeholders
- Be flexible in approach to working hours, locations and duties
- Assist with and manage ad-hoc projects from conception to completion monitoring budgets, schedules, project targets and deadlines
- Assist at events by the marketing dept as required.
- Produce reports as and when necessary
- H.R. support to the wider team working under the MD
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
