Are you an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in managing internals and M&E contractors? We have an exciting opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Site Manager (Internals) for a high-profile construction project in Leyton.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the internals phase of the construction project.
Coordinate with various stakeholders, including M&E contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations on site.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is being carried out to high standards.
Collaborate with the project team to resolve any issues or delays that may arise.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to project progress.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager with a focus on internals in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of managing M&E contractors and coordinating their work on site.
Excellent understanding of health and safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work autonomously and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS.
