Are you an Assistant Site Manager in the East Of Scotland who has a passion and eye for Customer Care? Do you have excellent NHBC knowledge? Our client have an exceptional opportunity for one of there flagship sites in East Lothian for an Assistant Site Manager one of there largest developments.
As the Assistant Site Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of the site in conjunction with the Site Manager, you will be a leader who is able to supervise all trades as well as ensure a high quality of H&S.
With a Customer focus, you must be an Assistant Site Manager who always puts clients first, has exceptional aftercare and ability to lead a fast paced site.
This is an opportunity that offers a clear progression path and massive pipeline across the East Central belt & the candidate has an an opportunity to work with one of the most successful national housebuilders.
To be considered for this role a background in Construction / Affordable Housing is essential as well as an up to date SMSTS & First Aid.
