The governors of All Saints York are seeking to employ an organised, confident, and caring person to provide a practical and energetic approach to further improve the efficient running of the buildings and grounds at this outstanding secondary school.
The successful candidate will:

- Communicate effectively
- Be tenacious and refuse to stop until the required outcome is achieved.
- Have the ability to respond to emergency situations with initiative as required, and follow school procedures.
- Have a good practical ability and be skilled at painting and general maintenance.
