Job description
Betterclean Services Exeter is hiring a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a team of 5 cleaners at a client site in a prestigious office in Exeter Business Park. This is a hands-on role that will require you to complete daily checks to ensure that all work is completed to the high standards expected by our client.
Hours: 11.25 hours per week; 2.25 hours daily Monday to Friday; 6pm-8.15pm
Signing Bonus: If you are hired, then successfully complete an initial 1 month probation period and are offered permanent employment with us, you will be paid a £25 "welcome" bonus.

Your skills and experience
Experience as a cleaner is essential, although we provide full training. You'll also need to:
- Be reliable and trustworthy, with good attention to detail
- Have a positive attitude, and take pride in doing your job well
- Genuinely care about delivering to the highest quality for our clients
- Be organised and able to work effectively alone or as part of a team
Cleaner Responsibilities
You’ll be expected to:
- Clean all areas to our high standards, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing.
- Work safely with required chemicals, and follow a cleaning routine
- Monitor your equipment and provide accurate monthly stock takes
- Willingly receive regular feedback in a constructive and professional manner
As the Supervisor, you'll need to demonstrate past experience in a supervisory role and be able to lead by example.
