What you’ll be doing
We are looking for a Materials Resource Planning Administrator to strengthen our MRP team by providing an accurate, efficient and effective administration process and great service support. You will carry out required activities to meet our quality standards and will focus on continuous improvement, whilst contributing to customer service and demonstrating the company values and behaviours.
The role includes but is not limited to:
- Running, checking and updating regular materials reports and informing internal and external stakeholders where action must be taken
- Ensuring stock information is maintained in our SAP system and communicated to Project Managers to assist with decision-making about delists/changeover dates
- Issuing regular forecast and demand information to suppliers
- Ensuring write-offs are accurately managed in SAP and with other departments
- Recording non-conformance information for spring water and sugar and reviewing with the MRP Controller on a weekly basis in order to agree any necessary improvements required to minimise wastage
- Supporting the MRP Controllers by issuing RORI (Run Out Run In of packaging) emails to sites, as necessary, against production requirements and following up post-production to check Bill of Materials changes are completed
- Supporting the MRP Controllers through investigations on the root cause of material shortages and implementing any necessary corrective actions or escalating to the Materials Manager

The salary for this role is dependent on experience.
