Role:

Clancy are delighted to bring to market a new opportunity for a Site Engineer to join our HS2 workstream and play a pivotal role in achieving our vision of delivering smarter, greener infrastructure brilliantly.

Working on HS2 carrying out multi-utility diversions and civils works.

Duties include:

• Setting out
• As-builts
• Photogrammetry
• Quality assurance checks on site
• Processing as-builts
• Daily meetings with site team to coordinate works
• Setting out of the detailed works as per the IFC drawings, ensuring checks are carried out on a regular basis
• Assisting with task briefings
• Resolving technical problems at all levels

Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

To be successful in this role you will need practical engineering experience, ideally within utilities, specifically in setting out, AutoCAD, drainage, deep excavations, documentation production and quality assurance.

We would love to hear from you if you have highly developed communication skills, enjoy finding solutions to problems and embrace working collaboratively to deliver in complex environments.

You will also need to possess all the following criteria:

• Civil engineering qualification
• Developed knowledge of health and safety practices
• SMSTS
• CSCS card
• Working knowledge of large scale civil engineering projects
