An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join our busy HR Team in the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences; a world-class, growing research department, within a complex and dynamic organisation.
The HR role is an integral part of the department, and you will work with the HR team, to support the delivery of an efficient and professional HR Service to all stakeholders.
This post is an excellent development opportunity to progress in the field of Human Resources in a growing department. You will develop practical HR knowledge, which will include all aspects of recruitment and the employee lifecycle, from drawing up a job description to when they apply for a job, up until the date they leave the department. You will be a key point of contact for general advice on various HR administrative matters, and you will provide outstanding administrative support to the Department’s HR Team You will have full in-house training and professional development opportunities.
You will need excellent interpersonal and organisational skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels; well-developed IT skills; accuracy and a high level of attention to detail; the ability to manage your own workload and work effectively as part of a team or independently. Previous experience of working in HR is essential.
This post is full-time, although other working patterns could be possible.
You will be based at the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, Radcliffe Primary Care Building, Radcliffe Observatory Quarter, Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6GG.
