ROLE OF THE JOB
We have an exciting opportunity for a Site and Team Administrator to join our team in Blyth.
Our Site and Team Administrators assist with the day to day management and smooth running of a Northumberland Skills Learning Campus.
Site and Team Administrators assist with and provide the appropriate administration services for the site and team with in the Campus .
Site and Team Administrators are the first point of contact for problem solving and supporting learners, customers, the public, lecturer and any premises issues.
As a Site and Team Administrator you will be responsible for appropriate information sharing and data handling , and processing of information .
Ordering stock and resources and stock control .
Careful use of PC and shared responsibility for other office equipment and to assist colleagues in the set up and use of equipment.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
You will have frequent contact with customers and suppliers, the public, learners, lecturers and internal colleagues so excellent communications skills are a key requirement for the role.
