SITE ADMINISTRATOR
A47 Norwich
THE PROJECT
We are one of the Delivery Integration Partners (DIP) on the Regional Delivery Partnership Framework (RDP) with National Highways and have been awarded multiple schemes along the A47 running from Peterborough to Norfolk with a combined construction value of over £250m.
Our Tuddenham scheme has recently been approved by the Secretary of State. Work will soon start to construct a new dual carriageway on this 4km stretch of road and install two new junctions as part of the planned improvements, all delivered in partnership with National Highways and SWECO.
YOUR ROLE
As a Site Administrator you will provide all round assistance to the project delivery team.
You will;
- Participate in creating a knowingly safe working environment.
- Assist in maintaining all site construction records, and upload onto Viewpoint, including Health and Safety documents, quality records, drawings, as-builts, site diaries, etc.
- Assist in maintaining drawing registers on site, and monitor distribution of copies of drawings to the site team, to ensure that works are progressing to the latest versions of the drawings
- Completing reports on weekly/monthly basis: materials received/plant returns, timesheets, site waste returns, KPI submissions, progress reports, H&S figures, newsletters
- Internal team minutes, progress photos, CSR initiatives (co-ordinate with CSR Manager)
- Monitor switchboard directing calls as necessary
- Raising of site requisition on Oracle
- Updating of site website
- Ordering of site stationery and consumables
- Be the central point of contact for all site project team members
- Organising of meetings, teas/coffees/lunches on site
YOU
We are looking for passion and a willingness to deliver excellence. If you have a solid experience as an Site administrator working as part of a busy team then I want to hear from you. You must have advanced IT skills including full use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, word and powerpoint, capable of using PDF editor and any experience with viewpoint for projects would be advantageous.
